Galaxy handsets fail differently from iPhones - the AMOLED panels show their age in ways an LCD never does, the folding models have their own failure points, and the Note and Ultra lines add an S Pen digitiser that can stop responding on its own.
What we see on Galaxy handsets
- A coloured line down the display, or a band that appeared after a drop and has been spreading since

Lines and colour bands on a Galaxy are a display fault rather than a software one, and they do not recover on their own - they spread. Getting it looked at early is usually the difference between a panel and a panel plus whatever it took out with it.

Priced for your exact model. Folding handsets and Ultra models are priced differently from the A series, and you see that number before anything is opened.
Stock check
We tell you whether your part is on the shelf or has to come in before you decide to wait.
The repair
Carried out in store. Folding models are stripped and reassembled with their own procedure rather than treated like a slab phone.
Function testing
We check the panel across its whole area, the fingerprint reader under it where the model has one, and the S Pen where it applies.
Handover
You see it working before you pay, and the warranty runs from that day.
How long a Samsung repair takes
Samsung is the other brand we stock most heavily, so most Galaxy work is same day.
The folding models are the exception - their parts are rarer, so allow for an order on a Fold or a Flip.
The rule is the same across everything we repair: common devices and common parts are same-day, usually 30 to 45 minutes while you wait. Rarer devices and less common parts are ordered, which means 24 hours or more.

What makes the price go up or down
We do not publish a fixed price for this repair, because the price depends on what we find once the device is open.
You get a written quote after the free diagnostic, and nothing is started until you approve it. If something beyond the original fault turns up during the repair, we stop, tell you what we have found, and quote again before we go any further.

Which Samsung models do you repair?
The Galaxy range across generations - S, Note, A and M series, and the Z Fold and Z Flip folding handsets.
Can burn-in be fixed without replacing the screen?
No. Burn-in is physical wear in the AMOLED panel itself, so the panel has to be replaced. Anything that claims to reverse it in software is masking it.
Do you repair Fold and Flip models?
Yes. They take longer and their parts are ordered rather than stocked, so plan for 24 hours or more and call ahead with the model.
The S Pen has stopped working. Is that the screen?
Usually the digitiser layer, which sits with the display assembly. The free diagnostic confirms it before you commit to anything.
My screen has a coloured line. Will it get worse?
Almost always, yes. Display faults on Galaxy panels spread rather than settle.
Do I need an appointment?
