Talk N Fix Wireless did not start with funding or a big team. It started with risk.
In 2014, after years of buying, selling, unlocking, and wholesaling phones, Reynaldo Rodriguez opened his first location at 354 Passaic Street in Passaic, which is still our headquarters today. At the time, he was working at Wells Fargo until he lost that job for focusing more on building the business.
No customers. No guaranteed income. Bills stacking up. There were moments he sat alone in the shop thinking he made the wrong decision.
Instead of quitting, he doubled down.
He reached out to people directly, built relationships, and focused on one thing: delivering fast, high-quality service people could trust. That mindset became the foundation of Talk N Fix Wireless.
What we repair
We repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Google Pixels, iPads and other tablets, Apple Watches, computers and game consoles. That covers screens, batteries, charging ports, back glass, cameras, speakers, water damage and board-level repair. Every store takes board-level work. Our micro-soldering technicians at Passaic Street and Ferry Street do the repair, and it usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
How long it takes
Most iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S repairs take 30 to 45 minutes. Those are the phones we see most, so we keep parts for almost every repair on them in stock.
Our technicians
Our technicians are trained in-house, in our own stores. Some have been with us since 2014. When new phones come out, they retrain with online courses, and we keep training on micro-soldering and board-level repair.
If a repair fails
Every repair and every sale comes with a 30-day warranty. If a part we installed fails, bring it back and we'll replace it. Premium and OEM screens are covered for 90 days. You can also buy a 6-month or 1-year warranty at the counter. The warranty doesn't cover new physical damage or water damage after you leave, like a drop or a spill.
