We repair Google Pixel phones at all five Talk N Fix Wireless stores. Pixel parts are not something we keep on the shelf, so a Pixel repair works differently from an iPhone or Samsung one: we order the part for your exact model first, which is what sets the timing. The diagnostic is free, the quote comes before any work, and walk-ins are welcome.
What the problem looks like, and how to tell
- The display is cracked, or the touch has stopped responding in patches
- The screen lights up but shows lines, blotches, or nothing at all
- Charge falls away quickly, or the phone shuts down with charge still showing
- It only charges at a certain angle, or has stopped charging altogether
- It got wet, and has behaved oddly since
- It will not power on, or it restarts on its own
- The camera will not focus, or photos come out blurred or spotted
- Callers cannot hear you, or you cannot hear them

Free diagnostic
We confirm what has actually failed before quoting. A Pixel that will not charge is not always a charging port, and a Pixel that will not switch on is not always a battery.

You see the price for your model before anything is opened, and you approve it before we start.
We order the part
Pixel parts are not stocked. This is the step that sets your timing, and it is why a Pixel repair is not a same-day repair.
The repair
Carried out in store by our own technicians. Nothing is sent away.
Testing
We test the function we repaired and the ones around it, so a screen repair does not leave you with a dead earpiece.
Handover
We show you the repaired phone working before you pay, and the warranty starts that day.
How long a Pixel repair takes
Pixel sits on the ordered side of that rule. We do not stock Pixel parts, so plan on 24 hours minimum for any Pixel repair.
The rule is the same across everything we repair: common devices and common parts are same-day, usually 30 to 45 minutes while you wait. Rarer devices and less common parts are ordered, which means 24 hours or more.

What makes the price go up or down
We do not publish a fixed price for this repair, because the price depends on what we find once the device is open.
You get a written quote after the free diagnostic, and nothing is started until you approve it. If something beyond the original fault turns up during the repair, we stop, tell you what we have found, and quote again before we go any further.

Which Pixel models do you repair?
All of them - the original Pixel and Pixel XL, the a-series, the Pro models and the Fold, in every generation including the current one.
Why does a Pixel repair take 24 hours when other repairs are same day?
Because we do not keep Pixel parts in stock. Screens for common iPhone and Samsung models sit on our shelf; Pixel parts are ordered per repair, and that order is the slow step.
Can I get a Pixel repaired the same day?
Usually not. Call your nearest store with your model before travelling and we will tell you honestly what the timing looks like.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at all five stores, and the diagnostic is free whether or not you go ahead with the repair.
Will I lose my photos or messages?
Standard repairs do not erase your data, and we do not go through your device. Back up anything irreplaceable before any repair anywhere, as a matter of habit.
