We only refund for “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR UNLOCK” issue, we will not refund any complaint about “Communication Error” or “Server not responding. please try again later.”. It is mandatory to check before ordering if your phone have “Server not responding. please try again later.” issue. If the answer is yes then you can try to fix this error by performing a hard reset on your phone, or upgrading his firmware. Again make sure your phone can communicate with “Device Unlock App” server BEFORE place your order.
Once the unlock request is processed, you’ll need to:
Make sure you have an active data connection via 3G/4G/LTE or Wi-Fi.
From the Application list, tap Device Unlock. (Note: The application may be located in the t-mobile app folder.)
Choose the Permanent Unlock type:
If successful, restart the device to apply the settings
No cancellations once submitted.
What we promise:
Our job is to get you an unlock code to unlock your phone. Please note that iPhones do not need an unlock code just need to wait the turn-around time frame.
What you need to know:
You are responsible for everything else such as; blocked phone, reported phone, phone not asking for unlock code, wrong IMEI number submitted, wrong carrier or model submitted. If in doubt call us before ordering.
Note: Please make sure your phone is not reported lost or stolen. If your phone is reported lost or stolen it will only work international.
Once you send a request to unlock your phone allow some time for us to email you the unlock code with instructions.
